Exclusively for our visiting guests, the chance to taste the dishes prepared according to traditional recipes, using the best ingredients (local extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes from Pachino, honey from the Iblean hills, sheep milk ricotta..) last but not least, the aromatic herbs and vegetables that our country side offers in generous supplies: oregano, capers, wild asparagus, and a special variety of wild fennel only common to Sicily.
